Платинизированная титановая анодная пластина

Platinized Titanium Anode Plate

Platinized titanium anode is fabricated by adopting titanium as a base metal and a very thin layer of platinum is coated or plated on it. The titanium substrate acts as an anode and conductor body and the platinum cover is an active component of the anode. The titanium can be fabricated in various shapes such as plates, mesh, bars, tubes, and more. The usual thickness of the platinum cover is about 2.5-5 microns; the thickness will be increased if these platinized titanium anodes are used in harder environments.

UTron has provided platinized titanium anode plates to their German customer. The platinized titanium anode they manufactured is very finely structured with small spherical elevations appearing like fine granules, which are attached to the surface, leading to an increased overall roughness. Below is some parameter for reference:

Anode substrate: Titanium in Grade 1;
Coating: Platinum;
Coating thickness: 5 microns;
Shape: Plate;
Dimension: 1000 mm x 1000 mm thickness 0.5 mm;
Third-party test: Required.
Export country: Germany;

UTron was founded in the year of 2006, it is a leading coated titanium anodes manufacturer in China. They supply platinized titanium anodes and mixed metal oxide coated titanium anodes. Their products have been exported to 62 countries in the world and enjoyed a good reputation. The platinized titanium anodes have a long service life and excellent performances; they are mechanically stable and can be fabricated into any shape. They have been used in electroplating, cathodic protection, water disinfection, and other fields. For more information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
