Platinised Titanium Anodes 20um

Platinised Titanium Anodes 20um

In the field of electrochemistry, platinum is used as an anode material and has excellent performance, especially in the electrochemical anode oxygen evolution process in acidic media. Platinum has antioxidant and electrocatalytic properties that other materials do not possess. In many important electrochemical production fields, such as hydrogen peroxide, ammonium persulfate, and so on, platinum is used as the anode material.
Platinised titanium anode is produced by a platinum plating process in which a layer of pure platinum coating is deposited on the surface of the titanium. The process flow of platinised titanium anode plating is as follows: pre-treatment of titanium sheet → electric cleaning → water washing → activation → distilled water washing → brush plating of platinum → distilled water washing → blow drying.
