Титановые аноды с покрытием из диоксида свинца для электрохимической очистки воды

Lead Dioxide Coated Titanium Anodes for Electrochemical Water Treatment

Lead dioxide coated titanium anodes, relative to traditional graphite anodes, have more easily machining, higher strength, better corrosion resistance, longer service life, and lower energy consumption, without expansion and peel off occurred in graphite anodes, there being no risk of increasing carbon content in the deposited metal products on the cathode advantages. They have high overpotential for the oxygen evolution reaction, a strong ability of oxidation and have been widely applied in the electrochemical water treatment field.

UTron had provided lead dioxide coated titanium anodes for electrochemical water treatment to their customer in the Czech Republic, below is some parameter for reference:
Current Density: 300mA/Cm2;
Coating: Lead dioxide (Pbo2);
Coating thickness: 350µm
Working Temperature: 70°C;
Shape: Mesh;
Application: Electrochemical wastewater treatment;
Export Country: Czech Republic.
