Титановые аноды с покрытием из диоксида свинца для химического удаления потребности в кислороде (ХПК)

Lead Dioxide Coated Titanium Anodes for Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) Removal

Lead dioxide coated titanium anodes consist of a PbO2layer on a titanium substrate. They have good corrosion resistance, high overpotential for the oxygen evolution reaction, strong ability of oxidation in aqueous solution electrolysis, big current density, suitable for all kinds of oxygen evolution system conditions, which now has been widely used in electroplating, hydrometallurgy, wastewater treatment, cathodic protection, and other fields.
UTron had provided lead dioxide coated titanium anodes for chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal to their customer from India, below is some parameter for reference:

Anode substrate: Titanium in Grade2;
Coating: Lead dioxide (ß Pbo2);
Coating thickness: 450µm
Current Density: 500mA/Cm2;
Working Temperature: 60°C;
Shape: Mesh;
Application: Electrochemical chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal;
Export Country: India.
