Титановый анод с покрытием из диоксида свинца для удаления органических загрязнений

Lead Dioxide Coated Titanium Anode for the Removal of Organic Contamination

Lead dioxide coated titanium anode is a DSA anode (Dimensional Stable Anode) that plates lead dioxide coating on a titanium substrate. This anode has strong oxidizing properties and is corrosion resistant and can be applied in the electrochemical water treatment field, like domestic sewage treatment, fading treatment of phenol-containing wastewater, oilfield wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, ammonia nitrogen wastewater, etc. It has also been applied for electrowinning industries like copper, copper foil, gold, silver, chromium, cobalt, manganese, and other metals.

UTron had provided lead dioxide coated titanium anode for the removal of organic contamination to their customer from the USA, below is some parameter for reference:
Base metal: Titanium in Grade1;
Coating: Lead dioxide;
Current density: 500A/M2;
The thickness of the coating: 450 Micron;
Fluoride ion content: Application: Removal of organic contamination;
Export country: USA.

UTron has specialized in coated titanium anode manufacturing over decades, they can provide lead dioxide coated titanium anode, platinum coated titanium anode, mixed metal oxide coated titanium anode. With expert engineers with rich production experience, they can custom the anode service life, MMO coating, dimension and output current. During the past 16 years, their products have been exported to 62 countries and enjoyed an outstanding reputation among their clients. For more information, please feel free to contact us.
