Титановый анод с покрытием из диоксида свинца для электрохимической очистки органических сточных вод

Lead Dioxide Coated Titanium Anode for Organic Wastewater Electrochemical Treatment

Lead dioxide coated titanium anode has excellent conductivity, strong adhesion strength of the coatings and substrate, prevents substrate passivation, low cell voltage, and long operating life. It generally consists of a titanium plate or mesh coated with a layer of lead dioxide coating, which can reduce the electrolyte flow resistance, and improve the efficiency of current, especially under high current density can effectively prevent the anode from overheating. It has been widely used in the electrowinning of metals and wastewater treatment.
  UTron had provided lead dioxide coated titanium anode for organic wastewater electrochemical treatment to their customer in Germany, below is some parameter for reference:
Current Density: 200 to 300mA/Cm2 or 40A;
Coating: Lead dioxide;
Coating thickness: 350µm
Working Temperature: 60 to 70°C;
Shape: Mesh;
Application: Organic wastewater electrochemical treatment;
Export Country: Germany.

UTron is an outstanding coated titanium anode manufacturer in China with over 16 year’s production experience. With expert engineers and rich production experience, they can provide lead dioxide coated titanium anode, platinum coated titanium anode, iridium tantalum coated titanium anode, ruthenium iridium coated titanium anode.
