MMO ribbon anodes have an extremely low consumption rate, the titanium substrate remains constant throughout the design life of the anode. It can be used in fresh water, brackish water, seawater, coke, or sand environment in cathodic protection application with long operating life. UTron had provided IrO2/Ta2O5 coated mmo ribbon anode for storage tank cathodic protection to their India customer. Below is some parameter for reference:
